As a woman-led organization rooted in love for our community, we show up every day with humility, integrity, and deep purpose.

Our work is grounded in connection. We serve with compassion and cultural care because we are the community—we live here, raise our families here, and walk alongside the people we support. We understand the systems people are up against, and we fight for a future where care is not just accessible, but affirming and human.

Affinity Care MN has grown to become a trusted provider of home and community-based services across Minnesota. Our impact doesn’t stop at housing and direct support—we also lead innovative staffing initiatives that connect international professionals to high-quality careers in healthcare and human services. Through consulting partnerships with both public agencies and private organizations, we support others in building more equitable, responsive systems of care. Whether it's through policy advising, service model design, or workforce development, we bring a unique lens rooted in lived experience and grounded community work.
